Making Reservations

Reservations must be made by mail or fax from or to our office at the following address.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your booking, our reservations team will confirm or reconfirm your booking as soon as possible. In case of unavailability of any requested service such as hotel/ flight/train…we will book alternative ones – often hotel/flight availability cannot be confirmed until shortly before departure; if any of the alternative arrangements are not acceptable you can request for changes. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement, and we will send you our invoice afterward. Service vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation and/or your deposit/final payment.

Payment

Payment can be made by the following accepted methods, cash, wire transfer, or telegraphic transfer. For all non-cash payments, any bank charges must be fully borne by the customer. The net amount received by our company must match the invoiced total. All prices quoted are exclusive of the 10% VAT applied to payments made into a registered corporate bank account. Where applicable, VAT shall be borne by the customer in accordance with local regulations. Please contact to us at greenexplorertravels@gmail.com via email for our bank account details.

Deposit payment

At the time of the booking, you are required to remit a deposit of 40% of the total tour cost or USD500 (per person) whichever is more, to secure certain reservations of accommodations and certain land services. For internal and international flight booking, the total of the airfare that covers airport taxes, fuel, security and other surcharges must be paid together with the deposit. This payment shall be made into the bank account stated above. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of itinerary when all hotels, transportation and tours are confirmed.

Final payment

The balance of the trip will be due 30 days before arrival in the destination. The remaining balance is to be received into the same bank account at least two weeks prior to arrival in destination or to be settled in person by cash upon arrival in destination at Green Explorer Travels’ Office in destination before commencement of confirmed travel services. For any bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, we will require payment in full in lieu of a deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policies After we receive your acceptance of the bookings made for you, the following cancellation charges will apply.

    • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival – forfeiture of deposit (Except bank fee, bus, flight and train tickets)
    • Cancellation 21 to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of tour cost
    • Cancellation 15 to 20 days prior to arrival – 75% of tour cost
    • Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival – NO REFUND of total price

The above cancellation policy implies to tour packages only. Refund of International and domestic airfare and Hotels Rooms is subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the airline and hotel suppliers in each destination. For unused Services, no refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members. Bus, Train are non-refundable after issued.

Warranty

Green Explorer Travels is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers during in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond Green Explorer Travels’ control.
